Mike Chiang

Mike Chiang is a senior counsel with Holland & Knight, a full-service law firm with more than 1,400 lawyers in 27 offices in the United States, London and Latin America. Mike has substantial experience representing multinational corporations in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital and private equity investments, technology transfers, and sales and distribution transactions, among other matters. In addition to his corporate practice, Mike has extensive experience in advising on resolution of cross-border disputes, including assisting many U.S. corporations with various disputes arising from their investments and operations in China. Mike has gained an in-depth understanding of China’s legal and business practices and culture through his more than 20 years of China practice experience, include working with two major Chinese law firms in Shanghai for 13 years before he joined Holland & Knight. Mike uses his knowledge and experience to help multinational corporations handle various transactional and litigation matters in China. Mike works with Holland & Knight’s lawyers across different practices and geographical locations to help Chinese clients handle a wide range of transactional and litigation matters in the U.S.
