Charlotte Westfall

Charlotte Westfall is a corporate law partner at Squire Patton Boggs (US) LLP. She focuses her corporate practice on venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, securities law matters and corporate governance issues.  She assists blockchain and cryptocurrency companies with navigating the regulatory landscape to achieve their objectives.  She approaches her clients’ legal needs with an acute business mindset, offers efficient and practical solutions to their problems and helps build strategic partnerships.

Charlotte advises clients on cross-border U.S.-China business transactions as well as market-entry strategy, corporate development, and branding for Chinese companies seeking investment opportunities in the United States, as well as U.S. companies seeking access to the Chinese market. A native Chinese speaker, Charlotte is well versed in the legal systems and cultures of both the United States and China.  She obtained her J.D. at the University of San Francisco School of Law.
